About Prism

We are building the check every SaaS founder should run before they ship.

Prism is a decision-check company based in Europe. We were founded by a team of researchers, engineers, and former agency operators who had spent two years watching every available synthetic-research tool fail on methodology, and watching SaaS founders ship marketing decisions blind because the only alternatives were focus groups they couldn't afford and Twitter polls that gave them forty wrong answers. We set out to build the check that fits between brief and ship.

Operating principles
/ 01

Accuracy is the only moat that matters.

A check is its error bar. Everything else, interface, pricing, brand, is downstream. We spend more engineering on calibration than on the dashboard, by design. SaaS founders can read a methodology page; they will not be impressed by a dashboard that says 90% accurate with no audit trail.

/ 02

Publish the numbers. Even the bad ones.

Every cluster Prism serves has its accuracy, its ground-truth source, and its last-audit date on a public page. When a cluster drifts, we pause it and write the customer. If we can't be honest about the instrument, we can't be useful, and the only audience that matters reads the validation page before the homepage.

/ 03

Sixty-second checks change what gets checked.

A 60-second check is a different product from a 60-minute one. Founders don't accelerate the studies they were already doing, they check decisions they would have shipped blind. The Tuesday-night landing-page rewrite. The pricing change made between meetings. That's the category expansion, not the same-for-less.

/ 04

Price the work to be used.

€39/month for unlimited checks, not €2,000 per test, not €25,000 per focus group. The cost of a coffee per decision. We'd rather be run twenty times this week by a SaaS founder than quoted once and ignored by procurement. The unit economics support it.

/ 05

Customer interviews still matter.

A check is a pre-flight, not a substitute for the five customer calls you should be doing this month. For positioning bets, M&A-scale decisions, and net-new product direction, talk to real humans. Prism's role is to make every Tuesday-night decision a checked one, so the real conversations get spent on the questions that actually need them.

Team

We are small on purpose. A lead research methodologist, a calibration team, a product-and-platform engineering team, and a small go-to-market function that runs almost entirely on founder-to-founder outreach. We plan to stay small for as long as possible, a check's credibility scales poorly with headcount.

Detailed team page and advisors will publish here when we close the current round. If you're a senior researcher or a calibration-ML engineer who wants to work on a problem that lives at the intersection of statistics, LLMs, and methodology: we would like to hear from you.

Investors and backers

Prism is independently funded. When we add institutional capital, we will list our backers here with the round, date, and amount. For investor inquiries: investors@prism.ai.

Work with us.

Run a check, talk to the founder, or write in with a sharp criticism, all three paths are equally welcome.
