Predict-then-publish
We predict.
Then we publish what happened.
The strongest test for synthetic research is whether predictions hold up in the real world. Every quarter, Prism predicts the outcome of a real SaaS-page change — then publishes the comparison when real conversion data lands. Every loop is dated, sourced, and public, including the ones we get wrong.
Status
The first live predict-then-publish loop opens May 2026. The queue:
- ·Linear · pricing v3 redesign — sample loop preview, then the live run
- ·Cursor · Business tier rename — prediction publishes before the change ships
- ·Vercel · pricing structure change — prediction publishing May 1
Each loop publishes the prediction first — with confidence interval, observation window, and ground-truth source — then publishes the observed outcome and the delta. We don't hide the misses.
